
JOB SUMMARY
Attracts and retains top talents to the organization and executes talent acquisition strategies in the talent acquisition process. At the same time, implements employee engagement initiatives and creates programs to increase morale, promote retention, and improve work performance to foster a positive working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in a Supervisory capacity
- At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- With strong analytical skills.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Must be computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
- With a high level of confidentiality in handling data and information.
