JOB SUMMARY
Oversees overall management of branch performance including but not limited to inventory, manpower, workplace, and branch team’s KPI. Ensures efficient operations, handles customer concerns, and collaborates with other departments for seamless branch functioning. Ensures all procedures and policies are implemented and the branch can meet key results and resolve branch concerns based on service level agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the motorcycle dealership/retail or food chain industry.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Store Operations Management, preferably in a motorcycle industry
- Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills
- Strong Time Management Skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to get results
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
- Knowledge of Motorcycles is a plus
