JOB SUMMARY
The front-line representative of the branch location or assigned field activities, assisting customers throughout the entire sales process. Sales Advisor provides high customer service, understands customers' needs, and guides them towards the best motorcycle/spare parts options to suit customer preferences and lifestyle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle dealership, or retail industry
- At least Senior High Graduate
- Must have driver's license
- Must be Male
- No visible tattoo
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of Motorcycles is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems, sales software, and CRM tools
