JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving sales growth, implementing sales strategies, and achieving business objectives within the cluster. Responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of Sales Advisors in analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales operations across the clusters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience of at least two (2) years in managing at least a branch, within the automotive or motorcycle industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations management
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have a Driver's License
- Must be willing to travel
- Possess strong analytical capabilities

- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
