JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repair work on motorcycles, ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards and customer expectations. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine inspections, and conducting necessary repairs or replacements. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales team to provide technical assistance and advice to customers, while contributing to the overall improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year experience as small engine mechanic
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Must have NCII Small Engine Certification
- Must be male
- Must have Driver's License
- Strong mechanical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A solid understanding of the industry and the specific equipment, machinery, or vehicles serviced is essential
- Must have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
